Route Werks needed a camera-friendly handlebar bag in front of photographers and reviewers before their Kickstarter went live. We stepped into the gap. Working directly from their technical drawings, we reproduced the foam assembly in-house at our Reno facility, then stitched a fully finished handlebar bag in under a week.With a fully finished bag in hand, Route Werks captured product shots, filmed their campaign video, and hit “publish” on schedule. The last-minute scramble became a showcase: rapid prototyping, color-accurate sampling, and end-to-end soft-goods assembly under one roof—turning a looming delay into a launch-day win.
